Windows Vista - Dragon V9.0 Upgade

April 11, 2007

Dear Partner,

On January 30, 2007, Microsoft will be making Windows Vista
broadly available to the general public. Microsoft is
anticipating a 10-15% adoption rate in the two years
following its release. Nuance has been working to ensure
that our products are Windows Vista compatible and over the
next several weeks and months, we will be releasing Windows
Vista compatible versions of Dragon NaturallySpeaking. This
will not be a new release but an important update of the
current version.

Listed below are the details needed to support Dragon
NaturallySpeaking 9 customers running Windows Vista.

Please note that as a Certified Solutions Provider, you
will receive a Windows Vista compatible CD of Dragon
Preferred, Professional, Medical and Legal. These will be
sent to you approximately three weeks after the update is
available on the Nuance download site. If you wish; you can
feel free to download the updates as they become available
from the Nuance Website, www.nuance.com/vista.
