We have a new version of our Smartview Xtend 19inch HDTV LCD display available that is better, more beautiful, but the same price as before!
The idea of this Xtend model is to offer low vision consumers an all-in-one device for their reading, desk/office and home entertainment. It is great for those with limited space, like in an apartment,condo, assistive living home, or those who just want a workstation where they can do everything, like read the paper or do paper work while watching TV, or with module 3, work with a PC, all in one display device.
Like the old HDTV model display, this features high-definition ready 16:10 wide screen aspect ratio, with built-in tuner, simulated surround sound speakers, picture-in-picture, and remote control.
It has multiple inputs for: 1. PC type analog D-sub (VGA for the Xtend's camera input) 2. DVI (digital PC input) 3. HDMI (new High-Def Digital format from your set-top box) 4. Component video (separate RGB jacks) 5. Composite Video (RCA yellow jack) 6. PC Audio in (get sound from your PC into the TV as well as Video from the DVI) 7. Fiber Optic Audio in (from your higher end stereo sound system) 8. S-video (from Sony camcorders, etc) 9. Not one, but 2 coax BNC type TV inputs (i.e. one for cable or satellite, the other for rabbit ear antenna) So virtually any current consumer electronic device (PC, DVD, VCR, camcorder, HD set-top box, stereo system, TIVO, etc.) can be input into this 19 inch display, most at the same time.
It has a sexy, stylish, high gloss piano like lacquer finish, in black. Because we now include the Module 1 remote, the larger display hiding the panel controls is not an issue anymore.
